You support our team as
MAINTENANCE MANAGER
Responsibilities:
Supervise and manage the entire maintenance process of equipment and machinery, plant, services and building installations, both in terms of planning and execution.
Identify and promptly resolve any failures or technical issues, minimizing downtime and maximizing production efficiency.
Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure safety and quality of operations.
Collaborate with the production team to identify maintenance needs and priorities and ensure effective communication.
Manage the budget and allocated resources for maintenance activities, always seeking optimal solutions and continuous improvements.
Monitor machine performance and propose innovative solutions to increase efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
Learn and follow all the Freudenberg safety requirements
Be willing to personally work on machines if necessary, demonstrating competence and technical abilities.

Qualifications:

High school diploma in mechanical engineering, electronics, or a related field.
Proven experience of minimum 5 years in managing maintenance of industrial machinery.
Indepth knowledge of preventive, scheduled, and corrective maintenance principles.
Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and efficiently.
Strong technical skills and familiarity with diagnostic tools and equipment.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage complex projects.
Outstanding communication skills and ability to work in a team.
Resultsoriented mindset, attention to detail, and ability to make quick decisions.
Professional-Level English language skills preferred.
