About the Role

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide high-volume phone-based support to our self-employed sales teams in Italy. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Italian and English.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting Consultants through the sales cycle from initial customer interaction to successful transactions. You will act as the link between our field sales teams and the business, ensuring all necessary information is provided to meet sales goals.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service via phone calls with self-employed Sales Consultants.
