Container Administration Officer

We are looking for a new team member to join our Lithuanian team as a Container Administration Officer.

Description

In this role you are responsible of high quality, accurate data entry and maintenance. You will be following-up container fleet and pro-actively communicating with stakeholders and customers about container availability.

You also need good problem-solving skills as you would be investigating and finding solutions for our process issues and improving equipment tracking quality.

You will be supported by a professional team and a line manager. The role is a maternity leave substitute.


Requirements:

You are detail oriented and like routine work surrounding data and data accuracy.

You communicate fluently with stakeholders and colleagues in good Lithuanian and English.

You are fluent with MS Office, especially Excel, and will be able to adopt new information systems and you are handy with IT.

You can be fresh out of university or still studying.

Background in business, shipping or logistics is an advantage.
