We are looking for a UX/UI Designer to work across new product launches.

As UX/UI Designer you will work closely with the rest of the Design team, Product Managers, Data analysts and Tech teams to translate business and user requirements into workflows, wireframes and prototypes.

You will design, simplify and improve the user experience to strike a balance between our consumer needs and business goals.

You will have experience working with design software, wireframe and interactive prototyping tools.

You will generate and turn into design concepts ideas for improving the user interface and user experience in the fields of software development and business intelligence.

Your Challenges:

Being responsible for the design of engaging, usable and consistent customer experiences for multiple projects on two main areas
You will work You will work alongside Project Managers, Functional Analysts, Developers promoting user centered design
You will need to be able to quickly get to grips with complex requirements and technical jargon to understand how best to simplify the user journey for our customers
You will empathise with customers problems and leverage user research to capture and understand their needs.
You will conduct conceptual ideation, utilize journey maps, wireframes, mockup, UX/UI designs concepts, prototypes, design specifications to develop endtoend user flows

Requirements:

12 years of experience as a UX/UI Designer or similar role.
A solid knowledge and experience with responsive web design and interaction design.
Be able to learn new skills and knowledge, picking up on business challenges quickly.
UI and visual skills including tools like Sketch, Figma, and Zeplin or similar.

Develop UI mockups and prototypes to clearly illustrate how the final products function and look.

Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps when needed.
Taking ideas straight to the design phase where appropriate.
Conduct layout adjustments based on user feedback.
Adhere to brand style standards on fonts, colors etc.
Nice to have:
Experience with the data visualization.
Experienced using Agile methodology.
Basic HTML skills.
Experience with Jira or similar Project Management tools.
Experience facilitating workshops.
Basic knowledge of the UX User Testing practices.
