- Seguire il passaggio di consegne dallo sviluppo prodotto alla produzione, definendo le modifiche ai prodotti per renderli producibili in serie e grosse quantità;
- Partecipazione ai meeting di definizione finale del prodotto prima che l'articolo passi in produzione;
- Industrializzazione del prodotto e messa in produzione con relativo supporto tecnico con i fornitori durante tutto il ciclo di vita del prodotto; gestione e realizzazione dime e fustelle;
- Realizzazione del Master Campione di Approvazione sia internamente e che presso i façonisti;
- Follow-up di tutte le fasi di semilavorato e rifinitura;
- Svolgere le prove di vario tipo (es. test cuciture, rinforzi, collanti, colori per le costole etc) da usare sui nuovi sviluppi;
- Interfaccia con la qualità per definire gli standard e risolvere i relativi problemi;
- Interfaccia con lo sviluppo accessori per definire i giusti processi di montaggio e relativa funzionalità;
- Interfaccia con lo sviluppo materie prime (pellami e accessori).
- Formazione superiore e/o formazione tecnica sul prodotto pelletteria;
- Conoscenza CAD;
- Conoscenza di tutte le fasi del processo di pelletteria e piccola pelletteria;
- Precedente esperienza nel ruolo di industrializzazione in aziende luxury o presso realtà produttrici del settore pelletteria con focus su LLG e SLG / (minimo 5 anni);
- Disponibilità a trasferte sul territorio e all'estero.
