For our client, an established specialized investor, with consistent track-record in targeting special situations and distressed credit opportunities in Italy, we are looking for a:
DIRECTOR - PRIVATE EQUITY SPECIAL SITUATIONS

**Responsabilities: - Scouting and analysis of new potential investment opportunities;

Execution of the deals with ownership of the internal screening process, the underwriting process and the supervision of the associates and analysts (regarding the way the model will be shaped; the review and negotiate documentation related to the investment, the presentations and other financing agreements and ancillary documents);
Overseeing and engaging external and internal counterparts;
Supervising and cooperating with the Operating Partners in charge of the Portfolio Management activities and contribute to periodic portfolio reviews.
Degree either in Economics / Finance or Management Engineering. An MBA would be considered a plus;
At least 610 years' experience in Private Equity Special Situations / Private Debt / PE / Investment Banking multinational players with a proven track record in M&A and Leverage Finance Transactions;
Mentorship and team player attitude;
Ability to create relationship with high quality stakeholders;
Goal driven mindset with special attention for details and negotiation skills;
Fluent English.
