We are seeking a
Partnership Manager who will be responsible for
managing and developing strategic partnerships with brands, creators, external organizations, businesses, and key stakeholders to grow our business and achieve our goals.
As a
Partnership Manager, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to
identify and prioritize partnership opportunities,
negotiate partnerships, and
develop effective strategies for maximizing the value of each partnership.
You will also be responsible for
monitoring and analyzing partnership performance, reporting on KPIs, and making data-driven decisions to optimize partnership outcomes.
You show:
- Proven 5+ years experience in a similar role
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- People management skills
- Experience with data analysis and KPI reporting
- Knowledge of the latest market trends and best practices in partnership management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in Italian and English
Preferred experience include:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field
As Partnership Manager you will:
- Develop and implement partnership strategies to increase brand awareness, reach new audiences, and drive business growth
- Identify and prioritize partnership opportunities based on strategic objectives, market trends, and business needs
- Negotiate partnerships, collaborations, and sponsorships with external organizations, businesses, and key stakeholders
- Manage existing partnerships, ensuring that contractual obligations are met, and relationships are maintained
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop compelling marketing campaigns and content that aligns with partnership goals
- Monitor and analyze partnership performance, report on KPIs, and make datadriven decisions to optimize partnership outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with key influencers and brand advocates to increase brand awareness and drive user engagement
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement
- Stay uptodate with market trends and best practices in partnership management and social media marketing
- Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential partners and stay informed on industry developments
