Job details

  • Engage with local and global internal customers to understand needs and translate
- them into business requirements

  • Identify efficient solutions and define functional design to address new needs or gaps versus the inplace implementation
  • Deal with systemintegrators to challenge solutions and validate design
  • Lead project execution, including performing gap analysis, prioritization, scheduling,
- coordinating testing

  • Networking with business units and IT to integrate or ensure synergy with other software

Who we are looking for

  • Degree or equivalent background
  • They have acquired an experience of about 13 years in the delivery of complex IT projects, focusing on the analysis and functional design of Salesforce solutions, operating in fastpaced and multicountry contexts
  • They have gained experience with the Sales and Service Could modules (salesforce admin). Experience with field service and CPQs is a plus
  • Fluent English is required
  • Project management skills: ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and concentrate on detailed information in a fastpaced demanding work environment with limited supervision
  • Availability to 20% travel worldwide is required
