Kelly per a Healthcare company is looking for:

MIGRATION DATA ANALYST

ROLE:

The migration data analyst will be support the group in managing the various office activities and will specifically deal with:

Processing and managing of spare parts orders from/to the European Warehouses providing support to Customer Service Engineers, interaction with the European Warehouses, and local service logistics areas; continuous dialogue and problem solving with logistic carriers.
Processing of local suppliers' orders and resolution of administrative misalignments.
Monitoring and control of the times and costs of the return of spare parts and the credit note process by the Head Quarter Office.
Reporting of the main logistics KPIs (e

g:
return days, return process costs, CSE performance, etc.).

Particular focus in supporting the implementation of the new SAP ERP and data analysis for migration:
Data migration monitoring, analysis and validation using excel features
Validation and standardization of processes, interacting with internal teams and other departments

CCOMPETENCE:

University degree on informatic areas or management engineering
Mastery of the main office packages (word, excel, outlook, explorer) with good experience in excel.
At least 1 year of work experience with information technology
Fluent English language skills written and spoken
You enjoy building trusted relationships and have strong interpersonal skills
You enjoy team working
Attitude to work with flexibility to guarantee the continuity of service work focused on corporate business and KPIs

Our offer: 12 month contract in Milan, smart working for a couple of days a week
gross annual salary 28.000€-36.000€
