What you'll do:

You will join the team of PM & AMS Governance and in particular in Management Systems Factory reporting directly to Domestic & International Management Systems Senior Manager.
You will have the opportunity to be involved in project management procedures, working as a Manager in the Management Systems structure, with the full responsibility in the PM & AMS Governance area.

Who you are:

You have at least 8 years of experience in Project/Program management and Application maintenance governance;
You have a degree in Management engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering or IT Engineering;
You have excellent knowledge of Microsoft Project, Risk Management process, Capacity plan definition, ITIL, Budget management & Financial Resources, HL presentation for performance evaluation of the different projects. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Service Now/Jira, and an ITIL certification are skills preferred;
You are proficient in English and Italian, both spoken and written;
You are a team worker and able to create a collaborative environment;
You know the most principles and techniques of Project management used to plan, execute and manage the projects. You are able to follow and manage all team capacity based on projects priority and bugs urgency.

Preferrably, you also have:

Previous experience in planning different activities, following release strategies for every semester of products, improving and correcting bug errors for the team and also managing and solving configuration anomalies;
Basic knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle BI, Integration model, IT Architecture and development phases.
