Mindshare Italy is looking for Offline Media Planner, who will be responsible for the planning of all media campaigns for clients assigned with a good level of autonomy and able to manage the relationship with assigned clients


OBJECTIVE AND SCOPE OF THE ROLE

  • Delivering the most effective media plan given a budget and a media objective
  • Reporting, to support the budget activity
  • Delivering the competitive analysis able to give a clear picture of the activity and the strategy of the client's competitors

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage the relationship with assigned clients
  • Planning and media management according to the guidelines supplied by the Manager
  • Competitive analysis
  • Active participation in the definition of communication strategies, according to the guidelines supplied by the Client Manager
  • Coordination with creative agencies for adv materials
  • Participation to meetings with clients

ABOUT YOU

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in media planning (agency Media)
  • Smart approach
  • High propensity in teamwork
  • Good knowledge of English spoken and written
  • Accuracy, precision, attention to details
  • Independent and able to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proactivity

LOCATION
Wpp Campus in Milan ( plus the option for hybrid working)
