Obiettivi e modalità di svolgimento


La risorsa entrerà a far parte del team di Marketing Women's Oncology, a stretto contatto con il Market Lead dell'area e a supporto dei Brand Managers.

Attraverso l'affiancamento del tutor aziendale, sarà guidat* nella localizzazione delle campagne promozionali e nel contributo allo sviluppo delle attività previste dai piani di marketing.

Imparerà, inoltre, i fondamentali elementi teorici di analisi del mercato oncologico in aggiunta alle tecniche di sviluppo degli strumenti promozionali.

Infine, contribuirà allo sviluppo di innovative progettualità di multichannel e digital marketing.


Si avrà l'opportunità di lavorare in un'area terapeutica innovativa ed in forte sviluppo, caratterizzata da un elevato valore scientifico; si prenderà inoltre parte a processi strutturati che coinvolgono più funzioni aziendali.

_ Perché te? _:


Requisiti di base:


  • Neolaureato/a in CTF, Farmacia, Scienze Biologiche, Biotecnologie, Medicina e Chirurgia o discipline scientifiche affini.
  • Un Master o Corso di alta formazione in Health Economics, Management della Sanità o in Marketing Farmaceutico sarà considerato un plus.
  • Conoscenza fluente dell'inglese (C1)
  • Conoscenza della lingua italiana (requisito preferibile)
  • Buone conoscenze informatiche, con particolare riferimento a Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint

Requisiti preferibili:


  • Preferibile esperienza all'estero (es. Progetto Erasmus)
  • Nice to Have: conoscenze in ambito ginecologico/oncologico
  • Soft skills: proattività, candoattitude, spirito di adattamento, team working.
