Job summary
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for a multinational company specialized in developing and manufacturing medical devices and surgical products.The resource will be responsible for maintaining high level of customers' satisfaction through the proactive management of back orders for impacted products/customer.
We offer a full time fixed term contract until the end of September 2026.,
Responsibilities
- be accountable for outbound calls to the assigned customers in order to offer alternative products in substitution;
- Manage the replacement offer and the order processing, following guidelines and procedures
- Track and report all the interactions with the customers recording on the dedicated system all the orders, changes, cancellations, delivery dates,application of products,and pricing.
