    Obiettivi che raggiungeremo insieme:

    Supporterai l'HR Director nella definizione e nell'implementazione delle politiche e dei processi di Human Resources per l'organizzazione italiana (Uffici e rete diretta Retail), garantendo l'esecuzione efficace delle attività HR in coerenza con la strategia di Gruppo, le linee guida europee e la normativa vigente.

    Attraverso un approccio strutturato, analitico e orientato al business, l'HR Generalist assicura la gestione end-to-end del ciclo di vita del dipendente, contribuendo al raggiungimento degli obiettivi aziendali e al mantenimento di un adeguato equilibrio tra performance, sostenibilità dei costi e clima organizzativo.

    Responsabilità

    • Gestione del budget HR e del costo del lavoro, con analisi economiche, forecast e monitoraggio degli scostamenti;
    • Coordinamento dei processi di selezione, onboarding e mobilità interna, in collaborazione con i manager di linea;
    • Gestione dei piani di formazione (finanziata e non) e sviluppo, inclusa l'analisi dei fabbisogni formativi e il monitoraggio dell'efficacia;
    • In accordo con la Direzione HR, gestione dei processi di performance management, valutazione annuale e salary review;
    • Gestione dei procedimenti disciplinari, contenzioso del lavoro e tematiche legal;
    • Monitoraggio e analisi dei principali KPI HR (turnover, assenteismo, costo del lavoro, formazione);
    • Supporto ai manager su tematiche organizzative, di people management e change management;
    • Supporto all'HR Director nell'implementazione della strategia HR locale e delle iniziative della sede centrale francese;
    • Partecipazione allo sviluppo di iniziative di engagement, wellbeing e cultura aziendale.

    Requisiti

    • Laurea in Economia, Giurisprudenza o discipline affini;
    • 5–7 anni di esperienza in ruoli di HR Generalist, preferibilmente in contesti multinazionali strutturati con presenza di una struttura retail preferibile;
    • Solida conoscenza della normativa del lavoro italiana, dei processi HR e CCNL Commercio;
    • Ottime competenze economico-finanziarie applicate alla gestione del costo del personale;
    • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office, di cui utilizzo di Excel a livello avanzato;
    • Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese, scritta e parlata;
    • Spiccate capacità organizzative, relazionali e di problem solving;
    • Approccio pratico, autonomia operativa e capacità di lavorare in team cross-funzionali.
