HVAC and Electrical Systems Construction Supervisor to join its office in Genoa, Italy within the Infrastructure Division.
Mission:
This role focuses non overseeing and coordinating the construction activities relating to a technological system.
As a HVAC and Electrical Systems Construction Supervisor you'll survey the yard and analyze data to assess the performance of the yard and deliver your findings.
Moreover, you will be responsible for coordinating plant construction, accounting and financial reporting activities.Key Accountabilities:
- Daily control and compliance with the execution times foreseen by the timetable and the budget established by the contracts of the various suppliers; corrective actions and subsequent adjustment of the timetable with compliance with the necessary deadlines in case of any delays;
- Monitoring of construction site activities; for example: mechanical assembly, assembly of metal carpentry, installation of electromechanical equipment, installation of piping, accessories and supports. All in accordance with the executive technical documentation;
- Drafting of any punch lists if manufacturing defects are identified;
- Direct communication with the CSE CSP in case of security deficiencies;
- Spatial and temporal organization of the construction site areas, posting of preliminary notification, onsite acceptance checks on supplied materials;
- Drafting of SAL and accounting documentation.
Education:
- Master's Degree in Engineering General
