- Play a key role in the success of CCH Tagetik software projects and products.
- Define and prioritize the product backlog so that solutions are effectively identified and implemented.
- Ensure the development team has the right priorities and all of the necessary details to deliver high-quality products efficiently.
- Work directly with customers to solve problems, assist with escalated inquiries and to understand the market needs.
- Confirm the product backlog and implementation plan accurately depict the product priorities and adheres to the defined road map.
- Work closely with the application Product Management team to understand proper prioritization of new functions and features according to market requirements and use this to set priorities and goals. Ensure that the Product Backlog is constantly prioritized to secure delivery of maximum business value.
- Elicit feature requirements from application product management team and solicit details from customers and other stakeholders to ensure stories clearly identify scope and priorities.
- Collaborate with management and technical lead to determine implementation strategies and design direction.
- Review user stories to ensure complete and accurate functional and non-functional requirements.
- 5+ years of relevant product management, product owner, or business analysis experience in an agile environment developing commercial software solutions
- Experience with cloud technologies or SaaS solutions
- Experience with Business Intelligence and Visualization software solutions
- Experience leading the product design process with usability professionals and product architects
- Experience with CCH Tagetik Platform is a plus
- Strong aptitude for data driven decision making
- Demonstrated success in defining and executing high-impact technology and innovation road maps
- Deep customer empathy, including ability to understand end-to-end scenarios and how to measure success
- Conversant with software development lifecycle, Agile Scrum methodologies and Product Owner role
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent field or equivalent work experience.
- Flexible working hours where you can start between 8:00 and 10:00 and flexible working policy (3 days a week from home, 2 days a week in the office)
