An exclusive luxury 5-star hotel, nestled within a historical landmark in Milan, is seeking a passionate Experience Concierge (Hotel Front Desk/Guest Services Agent) to join its prestigious team.

Tasks


Position Description and Goals:

A) As an Experience Concierge, you are more than just a representative - you are the embodiment of our cultural values and traditions, weaving them seamlessly into every guest interaction.

B) Your mission? To craft out-of-the-box experiences in Milan, ensuring personalized guest services that surpass expectations.

C) Attention to detail is paramount as you strive for service excellence in every aspect.

D) Elevate service standards by exceeding guest expectations with every interaction, setting a new benchmark for hospitality.

E) Your dedication lies in creating unique and unforgettable experiences, going above and beyond to ensure each guest feels truly special.

F) Take the helm of front desk administrative duties, overseeing tasks such as check-in, check-out, upgrade programs, and liaising with housekeeping and maintenance.

G) Drive towards achieving sales and guest recognition program goals, embodying our commitment to excellence at every turn.


Requirements:


Requirements:


  • A minimum of 2 years experience in similar roles within luxury hospitality settings.
  • Proactive and dynamic, with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Degree in Hospitality Management or related field.
  • Fluency in English and Italian is mandatory.
  • Full availability and flexibility regarding work schedule, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
  • Experience operating Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Protel or Opera is necessary.
