Your main responsibilities will be:

Monitor the status of all opened positions and analyze statistical recruiting data with HR Business Partner to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans.
Develop relationships with internal and external key stakeholders to anticipate, identify and recruit for roles that supports the organization's future goals through workforce planning, diversity initiatives and sourcing strategies.

What we ask:

Degree (Master's degree in work, organizational and personnel psychology would be a plus)
Minimum 8 years experienced in similar roles
Native in Italian / Fluent in English
Good systems & digital skills
Communicate effectively
Drive for result
