The growth opportunity remains huge, with 2024 being an important year for the business.As a Corporate Service Centre agent, you'll be on the front line of our relationship with our corporate clients. You'll be managing all aspects of communication and supporting our clients on a variety of issues. You'll be part of a fun and friendly team in our Manchester office. You will work under a hybrid work model with (at least) 3 days a week in the office.
The responsibilities of the Corporate Service Centre Agent will include:
Be responsible for the onboarding of new clients and ensure their first experience with Deliveroo for Work is flawless
Assist our corporate clients with any account-related queries, educating them on how to use our products and services along the way
Driving client satisfaction through great customer service, ensuring clients feel supported throughout
Be the reference for client escalations, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives to ensure tickets and calls are resolved to a high standard
Assist Corporate Account Managers with bespoke tasks, such as weekly reporting, auditing data for Key accounts, inputting data into our admin portal and more.
As the team will look after Corporate Accounts, you will need to be organised and have a strong sense of customer service, whilst understanding the corporate world.
The position would be suited to someone enthusiastic about securing a client-facing role with a variety of different tasks to do each day.
This role is for you if you:
Native or fluent inFrench and English
A driven andhardworkingindividual with experience incustomer service
Excellent verbal and writtencommunicationskills (emails and phone based role)
Identify complex issues and think on your feet to come up with the right solution
Adjust to the daily challenges associated with assigned tasks.
