- At least 5/10 years of solid experience in the role in consumer
- Degree required, preferably in economics, business administration
- Proven track record for overachieving & growing market penetration
- Strong ability in working relationships (colleagues, clients and suppliers)
- Goal oriented, high achiever and strong analytic skills
- Inspirational leadership skills
- Fluency in English and Italian
