Cosa farai
All'interno della funzione Compliance, nella struttura "Compliance Operating & Regulatory Office" la risorsa avrà, relativamente alle tematiche legate all'analisi delle normative applicabili alle Compagnie Cardif, autonomamente o in collaborazione con il suo coordinatore e/o con gli altri membri del team, le seguenti responsabilità:
• svolgimento di controlli di conformità sui processi aziendali, con particolare focus su quelli per la detection delle operazioni sospette di market abuse;
• individuazione e valutazione dei rischi di non conformità;
• redazione di policy e procedure;
• partecipazione a progetti e consulenza agli altri servizi;
• gestione rapporti con Head Office e reportistica;
• organizzazione di attività formative e monitoraggio;
• redazione di verbali, presentazioni e reportistica per comitati e organi societari.
Requisiti minimi per partecipare alle selezioni
Formazione: laurea in materie economiche / giuridiche ; almeno 7/10 anni di esperienza in primarie società di consulenza o in società operanti nel settore finanziario/bancario o in quello assicurativo.
Competenze tecniche: capacità di analisi della normativa, con particolare focus su quella inerente la market integrity (MAR/MAD, EMIR, Swap Dealer, etc); capacità di condurre autonomamente attività di controllo, con particolare focus su quelle inerenti gli abusi di mercato;capacità di individuazione ed analisi dei rischi.
Competenze comportamentali: capacità a lavorare in team, buone doti relazionali e comunicative; flessibilità, capacità di analisi e sintesi.
Conoscenze informatiche e linguistiche: buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Power Point ed Excel), nonché buona conoscenza di Power BI (in generale capacità di elaborare i dati); conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese scritta e parlata.
Durata e retribuzione
Il contratto previsto è a tempo indeterminato, la retribuzione segue quanto previsto dal Contratto Collettivo Nazionale.
