_The opening 5-Star Resort "TRAVEL CHARME SALO SRL" belonging to the international group "Hirmer Hospitality" is located in Salò on a verdant hillside overlooking the amazing Lake Garda.

This prestigious Hotel houses 99 guest rooms and suites and is provided with 2 Restaurants, 2 Bars, a Meeting room, a vintage Drive In Cinema, an innovative Wellness Center & SPA of 2,000 square meters, 1 indoor and 2 outdoor swimming pools._

Our
Kitchen Apprentices will assist the Commis de Cuisine, the Chefs de Partie, the Breakfast Chef, the Sous Chef and the Executive Chef, as well as other Kitchen employees, in food production and cooking, and will also guarantee that all working stations are perfectly clean in compliance with HACCP and the Hotel standards, demonstrating passion for service, punctuality and team working.

The Kitchen Apprentice is a culinary position that requires basic culinary skills, a related cooking experience and good communication skills.

This is a production position that requires supervision and continuous training.

Duties and Responsibilities

Supporting in the courses preparation processes, including the mise en place;
Assisting in cleaning the workplaces in compliance with HACCP and Hotel standards;
Supporting deliveries and restocking;
Synergical collaboration with the Kitchen team also in "extra menu" requests;
Proactivity, flexibility and openness to cooperate with the other cooking lines when necessary and required;
Punctuality, great attention to details, customer centricity, high team working.
Requirements
Hotel School diploma with high grade,
Minimum 6 months ́ work experience preferably at a sizeable Restaurant in the same role,
Italian and English confidence are mandatory. A third language is preferable (especially German),
A true desire to satisfy the needs of the team in a fastpaced environment,
Ability to stand for long periods of time,
Capable of performing repetitious duties,
Customer centricity, high attention to details, problem solving, punctuality, proactivity, flexibility and team working skills are a must,
Legal right to work in Italy.
