Job Description Summary:
The Development Manager is responsible for providing a New Business / Growth plan. S/He articulates a New Business vision and associated strategies.


Job Description:
Mission & Responsibilities


New leads generation:

  • Prospect development with associated marketing plans and initiatives
  • Define priority targets establish top 10/20/30 targets and associated contact strategy at local level
  • Prepare prospecting materials
  • Oversee prospect analysis
  • Manage prospecting efforts and tools

Local pitch process:

  • Manage and coordinate all elements of the pitch process at local level
  • Implement and ensure the respect of pitch best practice
  • Prepare RFIs and manage RFP and presentation production
  • Work in liaise with Global Growth team for multicountries or global clients

Team Management:

  • Manage junior teams to optimize workflow and workload
Previous Experience & Industry Background

  • 8+ years in Sales, Business development or Client Servicing
  • Media Agency, Planning Agency, Advertising
Qualifications & Languages

  • University Degree in Sales, Marketing or Advertising
  • Languages: English (Fluent), Spanish (Fluent)
Soft skills & Competencies

  • Business strategy capabilities
  • Sales and prospecting skills
  • Communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced knowledge of the advertising principles
  • Ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Ability to proactively adjust to market demands or valueadded innovations
  • Proactive watch on business trends

  • Ability to plan, organize and manage resources
Technical skills

  • Knowledge of media planning tools
  • Sharing content platform (ex: Agora)
