    Operazione Manager Wanted in Food Industry Company

    In a primary reality of the Food Sector, located in South Turin, we are seeking an Operations Manager.

    The selected candidate will report directly to the owner and will be responsible for:

    • Supervising and coordinating daily activities at the Plant Production site, ensuring that quality standards are maintained and improved;
    • Developing and implementing operational strategies to improve efficiency and profitability;
    • Organizing personnel to make the plant efficient and productive;
    • SUPPORTING THE FIRST LINES IN THE MANAGEMENT AND TRAINING OF PERSONNEL, FAVORING A POSITIVE AND PRODUCTIVE WORK ENVIRONMENT;
    • Maintaining operative performance, proposing improvements and solutions;
    • Managing operative budgets and monitoring costs to ensure they meet planned budgets;
    • E nsuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in operations management in dynamic environments;
    • Proactivity and competence in operational management of various departments and ability to optimize in terms of efficiency and quality;
    • Excellent leadership and personnel management skills;
    • Able to work autonomously and take quick and effective decisions;
    • Good organizational and problem-solving skills;
    • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations;
    • Ability to analyze, excellent knowledge of main information systems and management systems.
