    Descrizione
    As a New Product Chemist, you will support the development of global technology platforms for water-based Coatings.

    You will help with the preparation, spray, and full evaluation of the paint samples against a wide range of regional/global specifications and customer requirements.

    With the lab chemist, you will participate in the development of new products by doing all the manual applications needed to test the performance of new formulas.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct experimental work such as the formulation preparation, application and testing of coatings in our lab.

    Work closely with regional labs to understand their needsWork with R&D and other functions located around the globe on the development of new product platforms.

    Work toward technical milestones and deliver results on time.
    Maintain project information up to date.
    Maintain and grow an understanding of general industry coating processes, including details of key customer lines.
    Simulate customer line conditions to increase the speed and success rate of product launches.

    Maintain and communicate results through written and verbal summaries, coatings reportsWork safely, following all lab procedures and contributing to the maintenance of high safety standards.


    Qualifications:


    Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or equivalent5 years experience in R&D technician/lab activities in an industrial fieldDeep paint spray abilities, experience in frontend and backend evaluationKnowledge of lab materials and manual activitiesAbility to work as a part of a team; ability to work and communicate effectively with the team members.

    Ability to write clear, complete and concise reports.
    Good written and speaking EnglishAbility to travel up to 10%.
