Founded in 2016, Otoqi is a French start-up scaling now to other European countries.


Our mission is to accelerate the Mobility Revolution enabling new models of access to a vehicle, regardless of its hybrid form of ownership or usage.


We do this by providing lean and tech-enabled Field Operations, SaaS and B2B solutions to top-tier Automotive and Mobility players, helping them in the extremely complex task of handling vehicle fleets and last-mile vehicle delivery.


Thanks to our operations and our technology platform we manage a flexible community of drivers, to serve Manufacturers, Car-sharings Car Subscriptions, for brands such as Arval, BMW, ShareNow, Volvo.


We are looking for highly driven and motivated talent to take the lead in our Sales team and help us meet our growth goals, reaching out to multiple steps in the Automotive value chain.


Your mission:


As
Sales Manager you are a master of complex B2B sales cycles and key account management, ideally in the Automotive space, bringing Otoqi's values to life.


Your mission is to generate new recurring revenues through various key account and business development strategies, expanding the portfolio and through cross-selling/upselling.

You will report directly to the Country Manager and functunally to the Head of Sales.

You aspire to build and lead a fully fledged sales team around you.


Your tasks:


  • You are responsible for the Italian market sales development.
  • You work autonomously across the sales cycle and account management (from prospecting to expansion) to build lasting relationships with our clients.
  • You develop a pipeline of potential clients and manage complex sales cycles, including RFPs, which can be technical.
  • You develop high quality partnerships with customer's management teams.
  • You understand our customer's decisionmaking processes and influence hierarchies.
  • You become a spokesperson for our clients within the company and a guarantor of promises made.
  • You identify relevant topics for our customers and their growth potential.
  • You document all leads, opportunities and customer activities in the CRM, whether they are opportunities in your area or beyond.
  • You influence the development of Otoqi products by internally voicing feedback from our users and competitors.

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years of experience in a sales role and account management.
  • Experience and network in the automotive industry will be a great advantage.
  • Relevant, proven track record of outstanding sales performance in your career.
  • Master negotiation techniques and experience of tender processes.
  • Commitment, persuasiveness, listening skills.
  • Knowledge of Google Business (or Office) suite, especially Sheets (or Excel).
  • English required
