The Marketing & Design Assistant Intern will work with the Marketing Dpt, mainly focused in Graphic Design reporting to the Trade Marketing Coordinator.

The intern will be a support of all graphic activities of the Marketing Team including Digital.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Graphic

Support the whole Marketing Team in daily development of artworks for Trade Marketing (flyer, poster both for regular activities and special ones), Social (Instagram posts, Instagram stories,) and E-Retail (Banners, Cards,.

for website) through dedicated software (Photoshop, Indesign, Canva, Adobe)
Be DNA focused in all the design development
Be innovative and curious

Trade Marketing/Merchandising
Support the Trade Marketing Coordinator in the development of the operations, both the regular ones (for the new launches) and the special ones (for special parties, in store activations, street marketing)

Trade Marketing operations include:
creation and development of "in-store parties", creation of special street marketing projects in the biggest and most strategic cities, regular merchandising updates,

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Communication with proven skills in graphic design
Passionate user of social media & digital technologies
Fluent English both written and spoken mandatory, French knowledge is a plus
Prove an interest in Beauty and Cosmetics
Be proactive and innovative
Be a problem solver
Be FUN

Technology & Software Knowledge:
Knowledge of graphic design software is a plus (Photoshop, Indesign, Adobe, Canva)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficient in Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook & YouTube platforms
