Minimum Requirements Bachelors degree required Minimum of 4 years of project management and operating room/ hospital experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years project management and operating room/ hospital experience Strong communication and presentation skills Ability to interact with multinational employees on different hierarchy levels Strong analytical skills Ability to work remotely and productively for an international company spanning multiple time zones across the US and Europe.

Ability to travel 25-75% of the time, as needed, to customer sites Nice to Have Previous experience working in hospital Operating Rooms from either a clinical, technology, or medical device perspective.

Strong project management skills are prioritized, and experience with clinical healthcare IT is preferred.

Strong organizational skills and competency with standard project management tools are required Some technical proficiency required to understand our products and conduct required testing with integrated surgical video systems.
