At myPOS, our main aim is to support small businesses globally with innovative fintech solutions. Since 2016, we've assisted numerous merchants across 30 European markets in establishing sustainable businesses and securing a stable financial future. Our diverse team of over 650 employees is growing steadily, and we are now looking to expand our People team.


We are searching for a team member with a solid background in HR & People management who is dedicated to achieving outstanding results in all people-related initiatives. We need someone who is not afraid to roll up their sleeves and actively engage with individuals and teams on a hands-on basis.


As an HR Business Partner, your key responsibility will be to collaborate with myPOS leadership and their teams to ensure that HR strategy aligns effectively with the business direction and anticipates all people-related needs.

You will assist international leadership teams in developing and overseeing all aspects of people management, actively participating in implementing the HR agenda in alignment with the strategic business goals.

You will guide our leaders in managing competing priorities, assisting them in making the best decisions for both employees' well-being and business success amidst a rapidly growing and changing business environment.


Your role and impact will include:

  • Contributing to the development & execution of HR strategy internationally, considering local market specifics;


Establishing and nurturing strong partnerships with a select group of leadership teams to align all people-related activities and functions with organizational objectives and business requirements.

Serving as a trusted advisor to area managers on all HR-related matters;

Collaborating with our HR Team to design, communicate, and implement various programs in talent acquisition, performance management, employee engagement, training and development, and workforce planning;

Actively engaging in initiatives focused on attracting, retaining, and developing our workforce;

Guiding the onboarding process for new employees at our Sofia office and supporting related processes in other locations within your internal client portfolio;

Supporting the enhancement of existing performance management procedures (employee appraisals, performance evaluations, probation period monitoring);

Working closely with the HR team on developing myPOS' compensation and benefits strategy;

Collaborating with HR and Marketing to enhance our unique Employer branding;

Offering expertise in both the Fintech industry and HR field by researching best practices, emerging trends, and benchmarks;

Utilizing HR reporting metrics within your client portfolio to provide valuable insights and guide decision-making processes;

Overseeing HR-related cost planning, including budget preparation, analysis, estimations, and reporting;

Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of legal requirements concerning employee management, minimizing legal risks, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Cooperating with the legal department as necessary.

Preferred qualifications:
Experience in the Fintech industry and knowledge of labor market specifics

Background in Tech recruitment

Familiarity with international labor code specifics, particularly in European markets

Proficiency in HRIS systems and tools for recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and payroll

Interest in digitalization and IT topics

Advanced knowledge of MS Office
