    Chi cerchiamo?

    • Formazione: Laureandi o laureati di II livello in Economia o Finanza;
    • Competenze comportamentali: precisione, team work, capacità logiche e matematiche;
    • Competenze tecniche: ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office.
    Cosa farai concretamente nel team di Loan Agency?
    • Analisi dei contratti di finanziamento, con focus sugli aspetti amministrativi/operativi;
    • Gestione dei nuovi utilizzi, dei rinnovi e dei rimborsi legati al finanziamento (in cooperazione con il team di rischio di credito, le linee di business, i titolari di deleghe);
    • Predisposizione di pagamenti e verifica degli incassi;
    • Raccolta documentazione dal cliente in relazione agli impegni finanziari (bilanci, compliance certificates, etc),
    • Gestione waiver requests (richieste di modifica alle previsioni contrattuali), coinvolgimento dei consulenti legali e tecnici, gestione Q&A, raccolta dei consensi necessari.
    • Manutenzione file clienti;
    • Gestione archivio.
    Di cosa si occupa la struttura Global Credit Operations – Loan Agency
    Loan Agency è la struttura che all'interno di BNP Paribas Succursale Italia svolge sia attività di Agency che di Middle Office per le operazioni di Finanza Strutturata. In particolare si occupa della gestione amministrativa e contabile delle operazioni di finanziamento in cui BNP Paribas Succursale Italia agisce in qualità di banca agente o banca bilaterale.

    • Durata: 6 mesi di stage (attivabile entro 12 mesi dal conseguimento dell'ultimo titolo di studio);
