    The offerMission The Marketing and Clinical Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and executing strategic marketing plans for the Italian organization to provide value to our customers, aligned with the company's mission, while also creating relationships of high scientific level with the main clinical figures of the corresponding region.

    Key responsibilities Main Tasks Drives the local strategy for the different brands and maximizes sales turnover by setting clear direction through brand plans (strategic and operational plans)

    Responsible for leading and executing impactful product launchDevelops a clear understanding of the Italian market potential, sources of growth and competitive landscapeDevelops deep customer insights and translates them into effective brand positioning and promotional campaigns in collaboration with the sales team and clinical departmentSpecific responsibilities include:

    development of the brand strategy, promotional plan, product training, product forecasting and development of sales toolsIncrease company's global leadership position in the management of chronic wounds in ItalyPartner with the Clinical dept.

    for the organization of national congresses, Urgo Medical events, advisory boards and medical education programs.

    Collaborates closely with key stakeholders to ensure commercial goals are met:
    sales team, market access, sales force effectiveness, clinical, finance, and the regional marketing team.
    Stay connected with market needs through frequent interactions with customers (field visit)


    Develop relationship with customers and key targets (scientific association, etc).Candidate profileThe profile Abilities and experience required Valid work permit in Italy.

    University degree in Science or Marketing and Business qualificationPrevious experience of around 3-5 years in marketing; medical device or pharmaceutical marketing preferred but not requiredGood written and communication skills in English and Italian (must)Demonstrated experience of product launch, growing brands with effective results.

    Ability to work in a cross-functional teamWorking closely with all parts of the company to ensure commercial goals are metProven skills in the following:
