THE POSITION:

This position reports to the National Customer Manager Metabolism and will be responsible for leading the team in the Center-South Italy.

in line with strategies and plans, within Chronic Franchise (main target:
GP/MMG).

Tasks & Responsibilities:

Ensure the achievement of sales targets in the area of competence, through an effective and efficient management and coaching of the collaborators and through the development of commercial initiatives.
Lead the crossfunctional team in order to execute the strategy and the engagement plan for the customers under their responsibility.
Act within the company strategy in compliance with company policies, current regulations and ethical standards.
Develop strong capabilities in coaching and unlock the Sales Reps' potential.
In depth understand of territory dynamics and translate them into business opportunities, contributing to the definition of activities responsive to accounts and stakeholders needs. Build long term relationship with top account stakeholders.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of experience as District Manager/Area Manager
Knowledgement of GPs Environment
Scientific Degree
Partecipative leadership

Customer engagement management also via digital channels
