The resource will support the team in the following activities:
_ Help shaping the future__:
_You will supervise company data and administrative processes to support our future business growth and financial sustainability.
_ Experience cooperation__:
_ You will provide costs analysis and other key performance indicators to the board of management, in order to support decision-making process; you will also support the definition and monitoring of external suppliers' contracts.
_ Take on responsibility__:
_ You will control General Ledger and Analytical Accounting, identifying deviations and measures; you will define and update internal rule procedures granting their harmonization with parent company regulations.
_ Reliable implementation__:
_ thanks to solid controlling processes, you will identify and support enhancement activities.
Qualifications:
**_
Education:
_** Master Degree in Economics / Finance and Controlling or equivalent;
_ Experience_
_and know-how_: preferably 2 year experience in controlling in well-structured companies. SAP knowledge is a plus;
_ Working Method_:
Good familiarity with the Office package and mastery of the main IT systems;
_ Personality_:
Strong motivation, tenacity and reliability, result orientation, analytical skills, flexibility, spirit of initiative, autonomy and good interpersonal / communication skills;
_ Language skills_:
Fluent English; German will be a plus
