Your 'day to day':
As an Intern you will be part of our MDC Department for Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.
A. and will be reporting to Sr Product & Process Improvement Lead. The position will be based in Bologna (Zola Predosa).

Specific Responsibilities:

Define, organize and coordinate test plan execution and onfloor testing activities
Monitor test activities and outcomes and analyse process data
Propose countermeasures and support the improvement initiatives using project management as well as lean manufacturing principles
Participate to periodical project status review, costs tracking and results reporting, ensuring the correct project management

Who we're looking for:

Masters' degree in Chemistry, Industrial Chemistry, Material Engineering, Chemical Engineering or other related scientific disciplines
Scientific mindset with good analytical skills
Fluent in both Italian and English
Good level of verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced and changing environment with multiple priorities and drive results.
Good knowledge of Office Suite (e.g. Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and knowledge of statistical tools and programs (e.g. Minitab)
