He/she manages the backlog overview (pulling in equipment to the floor, setting the right priorities) and supports the depot repair svc manager and the repair technicians/specialists in all their activities


Your Responsabilities:

- support and execute all administrative related tasks into the svc (depot repair) center.
- manage the backlog and you assign different tasks and their priorities to the different technicians.
- create work-orders and follow-up till closure.
- create the orders & related logistics workflow actions towards third party suppliers

  • Become SAP keyuser on the admin svc center related processes and can provide support towards other svc centers
- support the depot repair svc manager in spare parts management and other key activities
- support the technicians in case of admin related tasks


Experience/Education:


  • Secondary / High school education
  • Preferrably >3 years of experience in administrative role
  • Critical thinking, teamwork, independence, creativity, and practical mindset
  • Analytical capabilities; proactive work ethic
  • Very high customer orientation, selfconfident appearance with customers
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
