- You will be able to give your support in defining the remuneration policy guidelines in line with the company strategy and Groups perspective.
- You will support the management of short and long-term incentive processes for the various professional families (drafting of procedures, final payout curves, definition of objectives, final balance, reporting, etc.).
- You will be able to give your contribution in managing the new features and updating the My HR Portal system for the remuneration cycle process.
- You will develop reporting activities and HR system maintenance.
- You will be involved in working groups and company initiatives that require support for the Shoreside HR planning and forecasting process.
