For the Italian production plant of Janssen (Borgo San Michele - Latina) we are looking for a
Process Improvement Specialist to be hired with a temporary contract of 1 year.


Process Improvement team in Janssen deals with activities and projects aimed at increasing quality, productivity and efficiency to meet long-term cost targets and improve the availability of production equipment in all the areas implementing technological and organizational cutting-edge solutions and problem-solving activities that ensure a flawless safety, quality and efficiency of production.

In this specific role you will have the chance to:

  • Assure that shop floor events are promptly reported and managed in accordance with company procedures with a focus on identifying the root cause and the proper effective CPA
  • Lead Lean Manufacturing Projects and identify opportunities of efficiency and cost improvements
  • Collaborate with other Department Leaders to provide a quick support to the organization to evaluate the impact, solve the issues, detail them accurately and identify the appropriate corrective actions
  • Challenge the status quo through the increasingly indepth use of all the data collected by the available systems to make holistic analyses during the investigations that help to have an endtoend understanding of the shopfloor issues
  • Support the Operations group to ensure that the culture of quality is an integral part of the systematic approach to processes
  • Ensure the implementation of effective corrective and preventive actions to avoid the potential reoccurrence of shop floor problems, through monitoring with specific KPIs, in order to achieve production objectives and reduce Quality and Compliance problems
  • Contribute to the definition and implementation of the procedures and flows that arise as corrective / preventive actions from the investigations

Qualifications:


  • Master's Degree in Engineering or CTF
  • 6 months minimum experience in a regulated production plant in related roles
  • A minimum experience in one of these areas: maintenance, engineering and production
  • Ability in problemsolving and decisionmaking
  • Knowledge of data analytics, basic statistics tools
  • Ability to experiment with models
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, partnership, and organization skills
  • Proficiency in English (B2 level and above)
Other qualifications that will be considered as a plus:

  • Knowledge of basis of GMP regulations
  • Knowledge of MS Excel is considered preferred requirement
  • Knowledge of SAP is considered preferred requirement
  • Usage of data aggregation software's like MS Power BI or Tableau are considered a nice to have
