E-Commerce Specialist:

JOB MISSION

The mission is to support the evolution and the maintenance of the company direct-to-consumer digital platforms, including e-commerce, brand websites and marketing automation tools, in line with Company sustainable values.

DUTIES AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support project scoping and requirement analysis;
Support the team in the coordination of the different players involved in the project phases;
Manage the relations with external suppliers;
Scouting for new solutions and technologies;
Training of local ecommerce store managers;
Provide support about technical issues to the local teams.

PERSON SPECIFICATION AND REQUIREMENTS
Previous experience (min 2 years) within the same role in structured companies or agencies;
Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Digital Marketing;
Organizational and project management competencies;
Have an understanding and working knowledge of the ecommerce landscape;
Predisposition to interpersonal and intercultural relationships;
Fluent English (both written and spoken) is mandatory;
The knowledge of Shopify / Hubspot is a plus;
Previous experiences in this function or post-graduate programs related to this professional area will be considered as plus.
