In this position you will be responsible for selling the organization's B2B products across multiple or non-specified channels within a designated territory, segment or account.


You will have the unique opportunity to report directly to our Sales Manager, Yacht, be located in Genova, Italy and cooperate with other colleagues from all over the world.

You will be instrumental in ensuring strong negotiations and a long-lasting relationship with existing and new customers.

What you can look forward to in this role

  • Maintain and achieve the assigned annual sales target
  • Perform sales analysis regularly to handle and achieve a yearly target
  • Developing new business from potential customers /projects and competitors
  • Respond to customer inquiries, negotiate prices and delivery times within the limits of authority and conclude sales orders to meet revenue targets.
  • Develop longterm sales plans for key customers and accounts and supervise and adapt sales activities so that these objectives are met.
  • Establish annual, quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans.
  • Prioritize and schedule own activities so these targets are met.
What does it take to become our new team member?

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience
  • Language skills, English and Italian in writing and word.
  • Previous experience of coating and/or chemical industry is desirable
  • Great communication skills
  • Problem solving skills & ability to work independently
  • Proven closing skills
  • Travelling
  • Understanding basic business practice including profit & loss analysis, tender, sales contract, etc
  • Knowledge of basic software like CRM, Excel, Word etc.
