Your responsibilities will focus on:
Defining the Aerodynamics concepts and defines the roadmap of developmentInteracting with Centro Stile for early definition of aero thermal requirements Assigning and Monitoring jobs across the aerothermal simulation team and the aerothermal vehicle testing team Managing the aerothermal development as tech leader of assigned projects Supporting with methodology and resource planning the aerodynamics, aeroacoustics and under-hood thermal development across the projects Reporting attribute status to project referents Managing Simulation Plan definition and reporting Managing Vehicle Test Plan definition, instrumentation, reporting Defining and monitoring the budget for projects / method development Preparing the technical requirements for external cfd services and supporting Tender interfacing with Procurement and Finance Departments Evaluating the thermal vehicle status and supporting decisions on component protection level during project phases until K-release Acting as the referent of the area toward VW-Group for aerothermal acoustic methodology Defining with IT the internal HPCcluster development in terms of HW/SW to support in-house simulation tools:

aeroacoustics, thermal simulationEducational Background and Professional Experience:
Fluent English and Italian, German will be considered a plus Analysis and problem solving Inter functional work, team working Effective Communication Flexibility/Adaptability Negotiation Attitude Time Management
