MAIN TASKS:
Strive to achieve boutique and personal sales targets with active participation in the daily sales processDevelop sales initiatives incl.
high price item sales activitiesGreet, serve and advise clients, giving the best service possible at all times while introducing additional and alternative sales, giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers.
Be responsible for processing cash and card payments, balancing cash registers with receiptsReceive and store the delivery of large amounts of stock Stock shelves with merchandisePROFILE:At least 3 years of experience in Retail boutiqueFluent in English and Italian. Another language will be considered a plusStrong customer and goal orientationElegance, outstanding manners, assured sense of style, appreciation of luxury itemsAbility to plan and organize work, with strong decision-making and problem-solving skillsPassion for Art and Design Reliable, rigorous, with a high sense of responsibilitiesAccountable for the successful development of the boutique functioningExceptional selling skills, outstanding customer focus and excellent oral communication skillsAble to work as part of a sales team and comfortable working with members of the public
