Summary

Job Family Group Description - Facilities and General Services:
Gathers all jobs providing services for the smooth and safe running of our company. Includes jobs responsible for buildings maintenance, health and security at work as well as indirect purchasing activities.

Supports our core activity and ensures the smooth running of facilities. Includes all facilities management activities such as reception, buildings maintenance, energy saving, fleet management.

Job Description:

Key Accountabilities

Data entry in a specific ERP tool (SAP)
Managing orders in opex and capex
Verify costs to monitor the expenses budget assigned
Manage external suppliers' contracts / orders
Cooperate with other internal department (e.g. Account Payable dept.)
Support the team in administrative tasks
Provide support in creating presentations as needed

Key Requirements

High school diploma / Degree in Economics, Accounting or Business Administration
Preferential previous experience in the role and in similar contexts
Experienced in ERP tools
Knowledge in spoken and written English
Proficient in MS office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
Good team player
Strong attention to details & analytical ability
