  • THE ROLE
  • The Private Client Services Manager enhances the ability of Villages to remain as a global magnet, as one of the world's most desirable locations. Our Mission is "to be the best shopping experience destination in the world".
  • The role is accountable for the creation and delivery of a strategy to acquire and retain High Net Worth (HNW) and VIP guests for Fidenza Village and our brand partners.
  • Reporting to the Guest Acquisition and Engagement Director,and in coordination with the leadership of the Village and the leadership of the functions therein, the PCS Manager supports the definition of the business direction (financial, operational, strategic) for all HNW and VIP interactions throughout the year.
  • KEY RESPONSIBILITIES_
  • Coordinate the Village's Private Client activities, which includes the Personal Shopping team
  • Be the custodian of the BlackBook and responsible for keeping data up to date
  • Manage event partners and suppliers. Guarantee the administration of supplier setups, contracts, insurance, PO/invoices and management of costs within budgets
  • Create flagship guest experience to attract global HNW guests, high spenders and worldclass brands
  • Deepen & retain knowledge to ensure repeat visitation & build longterm guest loyalty to drive incremental sales & SPV
  • Develop a more sophisticated understanding of our best guests through consistent and accurate data capture of guests from events
  • Create and deliver a clienteling strategy for the acquisition, ongoing engagement and retention of HNW and VIP clientele, in line with the retail and marketing Village's calendar, with the objective of creating a large and sustainable base of clientele for our brand partners to engage with.
  • Ensure that there is a robust strategy in place for the Village's VIP and private event spaces that is in line with the direction of the Bicester Collection.
  • Collaborates with Destination Marketing & Partnerships Team in order to build new partnerships and leverage existing ones with providers of HNW clientele e.g. private banks, private members clubs as well as hotel and travel groups, among others.
