Job Mission:

As a Virtual Digital Specialist, you will be the first interface with customers to solve technical issues

You will be responsible for the efficient delivery of a remote digital services through an international network of CAD/CAM.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

Provide Digital modelling services.

Prepare the file based on customers request and needs:
gathering customer requirements, detailing their as-is process and modeling what their to-be process will look like. Working with a team of consultants to map out the technical solution that will achieve the customer's goals.

Maintain digital libraries (both for implants planning and CAD/CAM parts): work on 3Diemme libraries and on the third parties' libraries, to be able to provide customers with the latest components.
Beta testing of the software to intercept potential issues/bugs before release. Maintain test documentation according to QA/RA.
Tech support to customers and ZimVie/3Diemme Sales Representative around the Globe: manage efficiently tech support in all the software functions, connecting to customers and sales reps/digital specialists.
Support to trade fairs and training courses worldwide: support the local events and training sessions.
Create and maintain contents (videos/tutorials/case studies for Marketing preparation) in the elearning platform: populate workflows available with background content and stepbystep instructions.
Assist, from time to time as necessary, with digital workflow tech support queries.

Education/Experience Requirements:

Dental technician background
Any combination of assisting with dental implant surgery or dental implant restorative experience
IT and dental CAD/CAM affinity and experience with any Guided Surgery Planning Software
Fluency in at least two of the following languages: English or Spanish, French, German
Customer oriented
Strong communicator and able to engage and converse clearly with customers remotely
