JOB TITLE
BRAND & DIGITAL MARKETING SPECIALIST


POSITION MISSION

Reporting to the Marketing Communication Manager he/she is responsible for establishing the brand value proposition and the execution of the brand and communication activities in the market.

He/she will actively contribute in establishing brand image and awareness, driving community expansion and brand equity.

We seek for an enthusiast marketer, providing innovative ideas to the business and capable to deliver best in class marketing initiatives.

He/she will design and hands on execute brand activation campaigns to properly connect products and community, according to the company priorities and expenditure mix of the communication budget.

He/she will growth brand reach and engagement managing the communication materials and will ensure seamless brand implementation and visual identity execution across all touch points, both online (branded web site, social media, newsletters, etc.), and offline (ADV, PR, trade show, point of sales, catalogues, brochures, etc.).

Ultimately, he/she will cooperate with Product marketing team to execute relevant communication initiatives to support new product launches and coordinate external agencies to ensure impactful ideas and memorable content for the earned and media channels.


MAIN RESPONSABILITIES AND ACTIVITIES

  • Participate in the definition of the multichannel communication strategy consistent with product and brand values;
  • Implement a communication strategy to scale up group's brands in the domestic and export markets, accelerating the brand expansion into traditional and digital channels;
  • Deliver new ideas and community driven activities aimed to accelerate new customer acquisition and expand the organic Brand fan base;
  • Creation / translation / adaptation of content and ensure the bestinclass implementation and execution on web sites and in store;
  • Realize brand activation campaign (digital, events, offline) with measurable results, leading a digital first omnichannel implementation, expanding community reach and drive conversion into organic leads and followership;
  • Lead and orchestrate the brand PR and influencers strategy, aimed to outreach and engage the relevant and influential personalities, channels and pubblications;
  • Develop key partnerships with brands and companies to expand brand reach and community engagement with the ultimate goals of increasing brand fan base and lead conversion;
  • Organize, manage and execute the events and exhibitions calendar for the assigned markets
  • Manage assigned communication projects in collaboration with external partners (agencies, content creators), ensuring high standards and on time delivery of planned assets & collateral;
  • Develop and share updates to align the local team on activities and calendars;
  • Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and gotomarket;
  • Develop and implement strategies that build longterm customer loyalty, maximizing retention;
  • Be aligned with the eCommerce team to develop and implement seasonal and industry attached initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED / TECHNICAL SKILLS

  • Degree in business communications, marketing, advertising, public relations, media studies, business and/or related fields;
  • 35 years of experience managing brand & communication in leading consumer brands or in a B2B Multinational Company or within' a creative communication agency, guiding growth in an international environment;
  • International experience and proved track record in growing a brand's community are a must;
  • Expertise in using the Microsoft Office tools (in particular Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Social Media tools and metrics (including analytics / reporting) and digital channels;
  • Expertise in designing strategies to build brand awareness and in developing full funnel customer acquisition and communitybuilding initiatives;
  • Handson experience managing a wide variety of on line and off line marketing channels;
  • Proven track record in creating and leading influencer marketing campaign, with primary focus on digital channels;
  • Strong numerical competences;
  • High level of English (C1-C2);
  • Preview experiences with CRM and marketing automation tools;
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills;
  • Excellent communicator and creative thinker;
  • Confident in working in team and remotely;
  • Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and with tight deadlines;
  • Great ability to keep plan on track and strategic deployment, whilst being proactive in checking opportunities and challenge to tackle fast track solution;
  • Natural inclination to deliver and embrace innovative ideas
