Now we are looking for a Recruiting Specialist in our office in Bergamo

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conducting internal and external competitions for a vacant position;
Control of the availability of conditions necessary for work (work place, access to system, etc...);
Conducting research on the benefits of the countries where Asstra operates;
Administrative activity such as main and audit employee attendance records at the end of the month, management of employment contracts and employment documents, curricular and extracurricular internships.

REQUEREMENTS:

High level of written and spoken English and Italian;
Experience and indepth knowledge of selection processes and in human resources activities;
Ability to work both individually and in a team;
Attentiveness to details, ability to work with large amounts of information.
