Responsibilities:
- Conceptualization and Design: Lead the conceptualization and design phases of architectural projects, ensuring innovative and functional solutions that meet client requirements.
- Project Management: Oversee and manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial client meetings to construction completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams, including engineers, interior designers, and construction professionals, to integrate various aspects into cohesive and successful project outcomes.
- Client Interaction: Effectively communicate with clients to understand their needs, present design proposals, and address feedback, maintaining strong client relationships throughout the project.
- Innovation and Trends: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and sustainable practices, incorporating these into design solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design.
- State licensure or eligibility to become a licensed architect.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of successfully completed projects.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Understanding of sustainable design principles is a plus.
Contratto di lavoro:
Contratto con partita IVA, Collaborazione
Durata contratto: 12 mesi

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
