Position role
Guarantee the tasks completion and the achievement of the goals for Customer Quality, Process Quality and Quality Assurance.


Responsibilities

  • He/She is the main reference of the Customer for all quality issues
  • He/She has as goal the proactive communication to the Client of functional and aesthetic issues on the product and monitors the closure of corrective actions and preventitive actions related to quality issues
  • He/She coordinates all the plant departments to arrange the containment actions in the plant and/or Customer plant
  • He /She defines the action plans for the resolution of the issues highlighted during internal/external audits and carriies out periodic internal process/product audits
  • He/She ensures the Customer requests are included into the functional specifications of the product and included in the PFMEA and Control Plan and participates to the inter departmental meetings to update the documents
  • He/She analyses the KPI and Company Quality Metrics
  • He/She uses the quality tools (QA Matrix, 8D, Kaizen e Process Audit) to monitor the corrective actions and verify the quality performances towards the Customer scorecard.

Experience required

  • Bachelor degree in Engineering
  • Work experience: at least 6 months of experience in Quality, better if in automotive
  • Good English knowledge
  • Attitude to team work and cooperation with all the Company departments
  • Good stress management and proactivity
  • Available for national and international trips
