  • We are looking for a
    Customer Service Specialist.
The person, in the
Supply Chain team, will manage:

- _Customer relationship management_
- _Order Management (customer order received and SAP registration)_
- _Shipment activities management - pick-up booking; documents preparation depending on different countries requirements_
- _Forecast vs Demand Analysis (identify and highlight major gaps; root cause analysis)_
- _Flowchart definition_


Requirements:

- _Bachelor or Master Degree Economics & Management or other similar courses;_
- _Nice to have: previous experience in a similar role_
- _English Language (B1)_
- _Familiar with using MS Office; Outlook, Excel, Word_
- _Strong verbal and written communication_
- _Resolving Conflict and Problems_
- _Analyzing Information_

We offer a
temporary contract.
