Do you want to be part of the biggest revolution underway in the world of work? We are looking for the right person to expand our
Business transformation team in
Turin.

You will join our rapidly-expanding team of young talents, which stands out for the quality and impact of its innovative projects.


You will be involved in key disruption projects for large Italian and international clients, liaising directly with senior management of companies at the top of their sector.


Specifically, you will be challenged with:

  • rethinking
    working models for the main business functions (finance, HR, procurement, IT and supply chain) from organisational and operating angles, with the goal of implementing models to improve company performance in line with business strategies;
- guiding
organisational re-design and process re-engineering projects via change management processes, providing the tools to implement the changes and unleash their full potential so they are an integral part of the transformation;
- assessing the expected impacts and benefits of the initiatives implemented, monitoring **pre
- and post-transformation performance **and rolling out plans to address the gaps identified.
- a master's degree in
Management engineering or Business management, with excellent results;
- an excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroad;
- previous internship experience will be considered a plus.

You are a problem solver and never lose sight of your goals. You have strong interpersonal skills and are a team player. Your motivation and enthusiasm inspire confidence and empower change. You enjoy taking on challenges and are comfortable in fast-changing situations where your leadership abilities make the difference.

You have a systematic view of the issues to be solved and a logical, ordered thought process driven by facts and figures.
